Action Begun on Ayodhya Ram Temple Donation Embezzlement Case, Guilty Will Not Be Spared: Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said action has commenced against those accused in the alleged embezzlement of donations received at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, following the submission of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) report.

Addressing a public gathering in Deoria, the Chief Minister asserted that anyone found guilty of misappropriating temple donations would face strict legal action and no one would be granted immunity.

Referring to his earlier announcement made in Ayodhya on June 19, Adityanath said the State Government had constituted an SIT to investigate the allegations and had assured that action would begin immediately after the report was submitted.

“The SIT report has been received, and action has started without delay. As I had promised, the truth will be separated from falsehood, and justice will be ensured,” the Chief Minister said.

Describing Ayodhya as a sacred symbol of Sanatan Dharma and the faith of millions, Adityanath warned against any attempt to undermine public trust or exploit religious sentiments.

“Ayodhya represents the faith of every devotee. No one will be allowed to play with the sentiments of the people. Whoever tampers with the faith of Sanatan Dharma will have to face the consequences,” he said.

The Chief Minister reiterated that the government remains committed to maintaining transparency and accountability and emphasized that those responsible for any wrongdoing in connection with temple donations would not be spared under any circumstances.
