On Monday, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed his heartfelt congratulations to two talented artisans from Jammu and Kashmir who recently received the esteemed National Handloom Award from President Draupadi Murmu. Artisan weavers Manzoor Ahmad Hajam and Fayaz Ahmad Wani were recognized for their outstanding craftsmanship, particularly in weaving the exquisite Chanddar Kani Shawl.
