Super Motors EV Private Limited has officially launched its electric mobility journey from Jammu on September 21, 2026. The Jammu & Kashmir-based startup enters the electric two-wheeler market aiming to foster local entrepreneurship and offer job prospects for the youth while promoting sustainable transportation.
At the launch event, Super Motors unveiled its Early Buyer and Partner Participation Programme, which includes the ‘Founders Club.’ The first 500 eligible buyers will enjoy special privileges, including a vehicle buyback option after five years, subject to ownership criteria and terms.
Additionally, customers who join the Founders Club will benefit from a dedicated PIN code reservation under the Super Motors First Buyer Quota. This initiative emphasizes the company’s commitment to early adopters and vibrant community engagement.
Super Motors EV has also introduced a digital community utility token, named SMEVC, which operates on the BNB Smart Chain. This innovation aims to enhance customer loyalty and encourage active community participation among riders and business partners.
The Partner Participation Programme (PSOP) provides local entrepreneurs and technicians opportunities for technical training, commercial partnerships, and local distribution, thereby creating a supportive ecosystem in J&K.
Sushant Bakshi, Managing Director of Super Motors EV, stated, “Our journey begins in Jammu & Kashmir because we want the growth of Super Motors to mean more than just another vehicle brand.” He emphasized the goal of developing a sustainable ecosystem that equips local youth with technical skills for careers in the clean mobility sector.

Famed actor Amit Rampal, known for his roles in various TV dramas, showcased the newly launched electric scooter at the event, underlining the vehicle’s potential in promoting eco-friendly transport in the region.
The launch programme was conducted by Shweta Bakshi, who also delivered the vote of thanks at the end of the event, celebrating the startup’s milestones in electric vehicle technology.
