Four Injured In Minibus Accident In J&K’s Poonch

At least four persons were injured after a minibus met with an accident near Chaktroo, close to a police post in Poonch district on Thursday.

An official said the vehicle, bearing registration number JK12-1245, skidded off the road under circumstances that are yet to be ascertained, resulting in injuries to the occupants.

Those injured have been identified as residents of Trichal, Sathra, Mandi and the driver of the vehicle.

The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment. Their condition was stated to be stable.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation to ascertain the cause of the accident. (KNC)
